Shipping policy

We know you want to receive your order as soon as possible so we send all orders via Express Post. We aim to pack and send all orders received before 12pm AEST the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number.

All items are sent by Express Post within Australia for a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $99 or we offer Free Express Shipping for all orders over $99 – just select the free shipping option at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the Australia Post shipping network. Most orders will be received between 1-4 days from shipping date depending on you location within Australia.

Free local pick up is available from our studio in Gladstone, Queensland – just select Free Pickup as your option in the shipping method. We will contact you via email or text message to let you know when your order is packed and ready for collection. Depending on your order time, your order will be ready for collection either the same day or the next morning. Please note that this option is only available for orders that can be collected in Gladstone, any orders requiring postage will not be sent until postage is paid in full.

We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
